The greater part of the wooden exterior doors we produce are designed in accordance with the clients’ sketches. The thickness of the jamb and panel of the exterior doors we produce is 68 mm. They are firm, stable and resistant to climate changes. The heat conductivity quotient can reach up to 1,36W/ (m2k). Due to an additional acoustic middleware, these doors have excellent sound isolation qualities. A special MDF warmed plate that can be smooth or with milled edges is used for the filling. Decorative glass dividers that can be glued onto the glass package, mounted inside the package or secured to special holders that it would be easier to clean the glass when they are taken off are produced for the decoration of the doors. Exterior doors can be produced with a glass package, which is of two or three layers of glass. The glass can be clear, matted, reflective, patterned, toned, solar control. There is also the possibility to mount safe tempered or laminated glass.

For the European standard exterior doors, we offer a ROTO Doorline (120 ir 80 kg) hinge system of the German company “ROTO FRANK AG”. These hinges are adjusted in accordance with 3 axes. The door hinges create a beautiful exterior look thanks to the new shape, the smooth surface without protruding parts. Door hinges are of two standard colors – brown and white.

For the exterior doors, locks of the manufacturer ROTO FRANK, who is the leader in the production of window and door accessories, are used. The door lock that we use is a lock that is controlled with the controlled handle. This lock, when the handle is bent upwards, fixates the doors in three positions, securely tightening the middleware at the same time, lessening the door deformations.

The range of colors:

In order for the exterior doors to perfectly fit to the façade of the house, we coat them in any color of the RAL palette. The interior and exterior of the doors can be both the same and of different colors. UAB “Kontivis plius partneriai” uses only high quality dyes of the Swedish company TEKNOS and AQUATOP varnishes.
